Dry Wine.  Excellent 2017 cabernet

from grapes of exceptional quality grown traditionally in Serres. Aged in high quality oak barrels. Bottled unfiltered from the barrel and continually aging in the bottle. We use high quality natural corks. An excellent wine with full body and ripe tannins. Intense deep red colour. With a rich taste of dark chocolate and butter. With the aromas of wild red forest fruits. Pairs well with both red and white meats, salads and pasta. Enjoy at 16-18 degrees.

Semi-sweet. Excellent 2017 Merlot

from grapes of exceptional quality grown traditionally in Serres. Bottled unfiltered and continually aging in the bottle. We use high quality natural corks. An excellent wine with full body and soft tannins. An amber red colour. With a rich taste of vanilla and butter. With the aromas of sweet forest fruits. Pairs well with red adn white meat, salads & pasta. Enjoy at 16-18 degrees

Exceptional quality from selected olive trees from the mountains of Sitia. Brightly coloured with an aroma of olives. Full-bodied flavour. 0.3% acidity, recognized worldwide as the perfect acidity level making it one of the best Greek products. Our olive oil is of excellent quality and does not 'burn your throat' as the olives have ripened on the tree before they were made into oil.
